     What is Incoterms?

   Incoterms is a series of pre-defined commercial terms published by the International Chamber of         Commerce (ICC). These         terms  define  the responsibilities and liabilities between buyer and seller in international commerce. The seller and buyer should       understand Incoterm to save time, save cost and protect themselves in international transactions.
